Modena, paid € 1.1 million in incentives for electric vehicles

Since 2001 were awarded approximately 4,300 grants citizens who have purchased half ecological (bicycles, mopeds, motorcycles and cars), for a total expenditure of nearly a million and one hundred euro.

The initiative to support the distribution of electric vehicles was taken over by the city exactly 10 years ago, in order to promote sustainable mobility and reduction of pollutant emissions.

In 2010 only 293 were granted assistance amounting to € 96,070.95

many benefits for users of electric vehicles

users of electric vehicles also enjoy other benefits: •
allowed to move freely within the restricted traffic zone
not pay the rest if it is tariffed

vehicles are the most popular bikes (which absorb 98% of contributions) , followed by vehicles and the electric scooter . It 's interesting to note that the electric bike is going to replace a growing number of traditional scooters because it does not need the helmet, is just as convenient and much less expensive (a "full" power for 30 km it costs less than € 0.20 ).
It also avoids the payment of insurance and property taxes.

Lo stesso Comune ha acquisito 6 auto elettriche for its fleet, whereas previously the company had already Meta energy in the past with several special transport with electric traction.

From 1 January 2011, the municipal contribution for the purchase of electric vehicles has been reduced from 35% to 14%.

Consumption of electricity in February - two

now add two graphs relating to the development of electricity production according to the sources (see previous post .) and in the second graph production from notorious CIP6 .

In this graph we see how much electricity is produced by renewable sources and how much from similar sources. In a barbaric manner, surreptitiously, were included among the sources of energy with contributions from state economic incentive so-called sources "assimilated", all more or worse especially waste oil refinery and non-biodegradable waste (rubber, plastic etc...) This means that they are overpaid and supersovvenzionate sources with our money even though they are "supersporche" to the detriment of the true clean renewable sources. We note, however, a declining production.

What is the CIP-6? "Renewable and assimilated. Read here: scandal CIP6

consumption of electricity - 0.7% in February

In the month of February 2011 the electricity demand in Italy, amounting to 26.1 billion kWh , registered a drop of 0.7% compared to February last year. (*)

adjusting for the effect of temperature - in February 2011 has seen an average monthly temperature slightly lower than in February 2010 - and on the same days, the change in demand of 0.8% in February 2011 becomes.

In February 2011, the electricity demand was met with a 84.4% domestic production and the remainder (15.6%) the balance of energy exchanged with foreign countries.

In detail, the net national production (22.2 billion kWh) decreased by 2.5% compared to February 2010. Are growing sources of geothermal energy production (+5.9%) and photovoltaic (+115.5%) . In the fall sources idroelettrica (-12,7%) , termoelettrica (-1,0%°) ed eolica (-12,0%) .

In termini congiunturali, the seasonally adjusted change in electricity demand in February 2011 compared to the previous month was recorded. The profile of the trend remains on a steady-state level.

detailed analysis of the interim monthly electricity consumption of 2010 and 2011, is available in the publication "Monthly Report on the Electricity System", under the heading "Electricity System - Dispatching
- Data" site www.terna.it .

(*) For the second month in a row do not agree with the statement from the press release. As can be seen best from these two graphs above it seems that in January and February of 2011, consumption was higher than the corresponding months of 2010. In particular, for the month of February the press release: " In February 2010, the amount of electricity demand in Italy, amounting to 26 billion kWh, was in ... . "Consumption amounted to 26.1 billion kWh this year are higher than 26 billion kWh last year.

Photovoltaics at no cost, the great leverage and bunga- bunga

, I copy and paste the of his post Peter Change appeared last Sunday on Crisis? What Crisis?

Photovoltaics at no cost, the great leverage and bunga-bunga
End of proof.
Cassandra, when it comes to disasters vaticinate, sconquassi and various disasters, it remains strong.
Photovoltaics is officially on his deathbed.
It is still not officially dead, but we are in the final stage of observation, the one after which you can certify clinical death and you can proceed with the removal of organs.
Evidentemente se il suolo lo occupano, a centinaia di km quadrati, le rotonde alla francese, le aziende decotte in salsa di truffa comunitaria, i distretti industrali nati morti già sulla carta, le espansioni edilizie destinate a rimanere deserte, gli outlets of the big names of the over-the black multinational, skinned, raped, cementing forever, is something that gives us a little annoying but bear with fierce scowl, in the name of "development".
If you (maybe) a few dozen square miles is temporarily occupied by the PV is all a shred of clothes and gnashing of teeth.
murder Ahh!
abomination Ahhh!
Want to put the shame of hectares of precious noble Tuscan landscape so scarred by hideous!
few dozen square miles?? In everything? throughout Italy?
Yes something similar to the areas covered by the French-built round the same time, as I wrote.
If all the Italian PV, even to come up to 8 GWp, was to occupy 80 square miles of land marginal land (it is obvious that, except for rare occasions, no one would shoot in June 'to put the vineyards of Brunello panels).
Land, which in any case could not you to benefit to be left alone for a few decades, instead of being plowed, harrowed, stirred, mixed, shattered, pest-ridden with herbicides, fertilizers and various artificial crap. The slopes, severely depleted, particularly in the south can only benefit from a use less or no.
Once this clear to our friends in the ministry remained the purple Jaguar covered only the subject of the cost of photovoltaic 35 billion in twenty years.
In fact, if we reach 8 GWp installed on May 31, 2011, we could be above that figure.
But let us take it for good.
First: what are the REAL costs to the country's system?
That is: how much of the billions of account and how much energy remains in Italy is able to swell the pockets of the wicked Chinese, the cold Germans, the innovative amerikkani?
no great pretensions to accuracy, We Cassandre, not accountants, we say that about half the cost of a plant currently is attributable to the panels, in large part, are made outside of Italy.
examining the various steps, wholesalers, etc etc, keep this good percentage, probably pessimistic.
Given the cost of the facilities, we are talking about 15 to 20 billion total.
THEREFORE, upon application on the life cycle of plants every year for twenty years, about 750 million, perhaps a billion, out of our country.
In fact, the account of the "minister" seems to return only if you consider that the money come in the Italian economy, making skills, companies and jobs (from 100,000 to 150,000 according to estimates) are NOT a cost to the country's system.
BUT but but: how much we save, as a country system, on the ground do not import gas and oil?
The energy mix for electricity production italic is based largely on the gas, in the second and third bar on coal and oil and to monitor and hydroelectric sources.
Recital 8 GWp of installed PV, we can expect a production of about 10 TWh / year, give or take a few%.
These 10 TWh electric, if produced from renewable sources, should result in about 25 TWh heat, (it is a value optimistic: the mix of thermal generation has italics, it seems, an efficiency of about 36% increase).
Ignoring oil and coal, let's produce all the gas, which is more 'a good lid.
The cost of the MC for our big players is a pretty well kept secret but we know, experimentally, that the level of 16-20 cents per Mc tear their clothes, and shouting in the plot, at below cost and the economic collapse near future .
Take good this cost, which would seem to be to the European market, also considering that in any case will increase in coming years. We take a value in excess of the energy content of the normal meter cube of methane, 10kWh.
25 TWh are 25 billion kWh. Or at least 2.5 billion cubic meters of methane, with a rounded down 10% due to the different energy content of the calorific value / higher etc etc.
say that, all things considered, even considering the gas-fired plants are more 'efficient than average etc etc, this value is almost certainly lower than the real one.
In any case twenty cents / mc 2.5 billion cubic meters to be at least € 500 million savings for the Italian energy bill.
course at current prices, we know that growth.
If we want to be reasonable a doubling in real terms the price of one cubic meter is at least likely scenario, 2030 and its surroundings.
Then, on the scale of decades, we have to consider 750 million euro.
But, if you consider inflation, always with a degree of reasonableness and prejudice monetary collapse and default, we may consider a value of about € 1 billion on average twenty years. twenty billion euro, so.
THEN: PV system costs the country, roughly the same amount of money that saves the form of bills.
Photovoltaic and 'ZERO COST!!
Well, yes, and the other half of the figure?
How are cost, in twenty years, the so-called "assimilated" to renewable energy, those are big players in the hands of national (and international) that we can, with some precision, define speculators?
All declined more under the name "CIP6 scandal"?
Uh, look, around the figure given by the minister.
35 billion euro.
Not to mention the tens of kilometers from the devastated central square, the squares, from the pipes.
Not to mention the deaths from cancer, those by accident.
Not counting the dead in shipments of peacekeeping.
Why, then, not liquidated the hospitality industry and risotrazione, since in some areas, such as my Tuscany, we are close to 50% of infiltration of suspicious origin of capital (ie mafia)?
not liquidated because the construction industry, which many destructions and waste and opprobrium and disasters has done and continues to do?
Old And what about our business elites, jackals dell'exsettore public?
Eh, no.
That speculation we like them or at least we used to.
It 's a bunga bunga social and moral to which we are accustomed and almost complacent. But
PV / wind / renewable no.
Manco was snow white, flats in trouble if you do Cossacks of sinister thugs.
O prince blue or death.
Because of principles and principles in our country there are few, and death (but first a bit of bunga bunga, eh).
I hope to have something wrong in the accounts / the above reasoning, possibly in a macroscopic way.
Because if I was right, even a little, well maybe it's time to get off in piazza with the camp, as serious in the countries on the south shore of the Mediterranean.
